Benefit Home Health Care’s team of physical therapists create rehabilitation programs around the specific needs of each patient who is experiencing decreased mobility, balance and/or coordination deficits so to improve range of motion, strength, endurance, balance and ambulation.
Benefit Home Health Care’s team of occupational therapist create rehabilitation programs that focuses on restoring or improving the patient’s ability to perform daily living activities (dressing, bathing, eating), often through developing ways to modify or adapt activities.
Benefit Home Health Care’s team of speech language pathologists create rehabilitation programs that focus on evaluation and treatment of physical and/or cognitive disorders that cause difficulty with communication and/or swallowing.
Medical Social Work
A Benefit Home Health Care medical social worker will be able to assist and refer the patient, family and caregivers by conducting mental and social assessments, to community resources.
